Best of 2022 Awards
The Salomon Bellevue Snowboard takes aim at big runs with 2 feet of pow on them while giving you a surfing feel. The Bellevue incorporates some extra torque with a versatile medium flex, a tapered directional shape built for stability at faster speeds, and Backseat Camber allowing you to make more powerful and engaged carves. A strong and reliable board for ladies getting after it in any type of terrain. Check out the awards won by this snowboard.
Backseat Camber – Camber under the back foot for powerful carving skills, and flat parts under the front foot for freedom of movement on fun pow days. The best of all worlds, with no unwelcome vibration.
Flex Rating – 4 (1 Soft – 5 Stiff)
Tapered Directional – The tail is slightly tapered in width (2-20mm). This enhances buoyancy and loosens turning initiation in deeper snow without sacrificing edge hold on hardpack.
Quadratic Sidecut – A combination of elliptic curves for effortless direction shifts and graceful edge-to-edge transitions.
Rocket Science – A slightly broader and shorter shape for boards that are more agile and stable.
Aspen Select Core – Every FSC-certified wood strip is hand-picked to ensure unrivaled core quality and lightness..
Popster – To optimize the natural snap and pop of wood, Popster’s curved core profile thins out underfoot then thickens outside your bindings before tapering again at tip and tail. It appears that your skateboard kicktail has finally made contact with your snowboard.
Biaxial Medium Density Fiberglass – Medium density European-made fiberglass layers ensure a consistent quality level, resulting in light and energetic boards.
C/FX Basalt – Salomon’s C/FX flax-powered superfiber gets a makeover. For power and a smooth ride, this version of the C/FX is made of Basalt and fiber glass.
ABS Sidewalls – ABS has the molecular structure of a concrete bar with rubber nuggets inside, combining hardness for energy transfer and damping characteristics for impact absorption.
Sintered Base – A grade sintered base material industry standard. Provides a nice combination of speed provided by a firm surface and wax retention.
Fine Stone Finish – In powder or softer snow conditions, the fine stone finish aids in speed.
All-Mountain Edge Bevel –A 1° bevel between the feet meets a 1° edge holding tune throughout the crucial areas of the sidecut. This provides the strongest edge hold with no hang-ups.
